Hello
my name is Sam, I just turned 21. I have ran some 5ks before, and now this spring I want to complete my first 1/2 marathon. I need some motivation for running and eating healthier. I would love it as well if someone who ran a 1/2 or full marathon to give me some advise and tips one what to eat and when. Thank you so much in advance!
