Anyone gotten rid of arm fat?
I am looking to see if anyone has lost a lot of weight (circa 100lb) and manged to tone arms and lose flab without surgery. I think with a low body fat % and muscle gain it's feasible but never seen it. Looking for inspiration.

When to mix it up?
I have heard that a persons body gets used to the same exercise being repeated, in part because it becomes more efficient at that particular movement. I am getting into running and still losing weight but was wondering how long before I need to add in something different to keep the calories burning? I do strength training…

Random question based on the following observation: 1. Folk going to spin class don't take their own bike 2. Folks going to step class don't take their own step 3. Folk going to body pump or circuits or whatever don't take their own weights Why do people take their own mats to yoga class? I just don't get it. :)

Morning exercise for not a morning person?
I don't particularly enjoy exercise but it is critical for me losing weight. That is because if l have burned 500kcal in the gym I am super sure not to over eat and waste the effort.
