I am looking to see if anyone has lost a lot of weight (circa 100lb) and manged to tone arms and lose flab without surgery. I think with a low body fat % and muscle gain it's feasible but never seen it. Looking for inspiration.

Well I lost the arm fat, but have bat wings. I have some definition, but I'm not really willing to lift enough to fill out (and I'd have to lift very heavy and make huge gainz to do that). Meh, I just wear shirts long enough to cover my upper arms until the day I win the lottery and can afford the surgery and the massive amount of recovery time I would need from it.

I did once in my life - my arms are where I carry most of my fat. I had to get down to a pretty low weight and lift before I saw a difference.

Even at a healthy weight, my arms are much larger than they should be (bingo wings) and have been this way since my early teens. I am considering CoolSculpting, which is a treatement where your fat cells are essentially frozen and expelled from your body in the following weeks.

I have arm fat and there are many shirts in my closet I'd LOVE to wear, but can't because they don't fit around my arms.

My plan is to go to the gym and talk to a personal trainer about what weightlifting program he can create for me to begin toning and firming them up.

lose the arm fat, build biceps and triceps to help fill the loose skin.

Lost 80 pounds and I have loose skin and bingo wings... moreso on the right side because I have loose skin there too. And I have some muscle definition too.. I guess I'd have to really work on building muscle to have a chance at 'fixing' it and I have no interest in doing that because I don't want my arms to look more muscular either....

I could probably lose another 10 pounds though but I'm just not motivated enough to do it, and who knows if I'd actually lose anything from there anyway...

I managed to fit my arms in my son's 7yo sweater though (mistook it for mine) so I guess it's not that bad, and I have no problem wearing sleeveless shirts.

Lost 80lbs. Have very little fat on my arms (around 5%). It took about 2.5 years.

I've heard some good reviews. If I do decide to go for it, I'll be sure to review it on this forum for everyone struggling with arm fat.

Go take a look at this thread in the "Success Stories" forum category: PHOTO ONLY SUCCESS STORIES!.

You won't have to scroll very far to see photos of people who've lost substantial amounts of weight, and whose arms look pretty darn good, not to mention their other body parts.

Post a link to the CoolSculpting reviews? I can often tell reviews written by real customers vs reviews incentivized by a company selling a product.
