Dog Bite - was bitten while running
I was bitten by a dog while out jogging on Christmas eve and not been running since as the wound has not closed 100%. I don't want to get it infected but do I wait u till it's completly closed or is it ok to start running again as my marathon training is falling behind. how to reduce high cholesterol ?
I used to think I am fairly active and in good shape but a heath check has shown me to have high Cholesterol. So I think I need to Improve my diet .. reading a lot of mixed things but bad it 172. Any tips to reduce or success stories from anyone who was in the same pickle as me appreciated.

Noisy joints - any advice welcomed
If I do a heavy impact activity I find my joints make a popping sound next day but once the body warms up it disappears. Im not sure if it normal and to ignore if there is no pain or if i should get it checked out. Feel like I'm stuck
I've started playing 5 aside twice and a week and going gym twice but don't seem to be seeing any change. I'm very happy with the progress been doing 5x5 StrongLifts and try to eat well. Any ideas welcomed

I just bought a pair of running shoes and found out I do strike the heel first which I was unaware off. I was told as long as you have good shoes I shouldnt worry to much. What is your experiance?

Running on a treadmill
I know running on a treadmill is frowned at ... but someone told me that 3% incline is what should be used and not to run flat. Is this true ?

I have noticed as I'm losing fat that the sides are getting slimmer so the stomach looks like its sticking out ... is this true or am I just bloated or should I ignore the "friend".

Bad posture or big belly?
I find if I breath in (suck it in) my stomach is flat but when I let it all out or am slouching then it it sticks out. Any ideas ? Bad posture ?
