Do you think sleep affects weight loss?
I've always read that getting enough sleep is important when trying to lose weight. I average 5-6 hours of sleep a night and I'm not sure that I'll have any chance of getting additional sleep anytime in the near future. What are your thoughts?

How do you track EVERYTHING??

Does it matter what time you eat?
I work M-F at 6 AM. Before starting MFP I would have a cup of coffee first thing in the morning and then lunch at 10 or 11. For lunch I would eat 800 or so fast food calories and then around 3:30 or 4 I would eat a snack. Dinner would be somewhere between 7-9 PM. All in all I figure I was consuming around 3000+ calories…

How concerned do I need to be about my daily 'fat' goal?
My daily fat goal is 45. I pre-logged my meals for today and I am OVER my daily fat goal by 27. The majority of my 'fat' intake today is coming from coconut milk (included in a meal I made), avocado and almonds. I'm still well within my daily calorie goal, just over the fat goal.
