Vacation in 78 days!!

I'm not looking for miracles and I don't want a 'quick fix' HOWEVER, I am going on vacation in 78 days (first vacation in over 8 years OMG) and I would like to lose as many inches from my mid section as possible.
Last year at this time I lost 40lbs by logging my food and walking / doing light weight training. Then I gained about 8lbs from November to February but, I'm now back to my 40lbs loss.
I'm looking to step-up my efforts and am hoping someone can give me some advice or tips on how to maximize my inches lost in the next 78 days.

You've lost 8 pounds since Feb? Keep doing what you are doing. Unfortunately we cannot spot reduce, your calorie deficit promotes fat loss and if you are exercising as part of your weight loss, keep doing that as well.2
