Monday through Friday I work a desk job.
Today I was on my feet approximately 9 hours two hours of which I was walking at a moderate pace. I am 5 feet 4 inches and weigh 208 pounds. How many calories do you think I burned?

The answer for me (5'4 and ~150ish at the moment, but it was also true when I was ~195ish) is "not enough to be worth counting." Particularly because I tend to sit more following a long day on my feet. The less active day cancels out the more active one.2

c. 375 for walking 6 miles (assuming moderate pace for you = 3mph)
For standing I wouldn't bother considering it personally.
I wouldn't be aiming to eat more for a day like that though.

I'm 5'4, 185 lbs and according to my Fitbit, the difference between a day where I'm at my desk all day, (6000 steps) and a day where I stand all day and walk a lot (15000 steps) is 765 calories.0

No, I'm thinking more like 1100 total for the 9 hours.0 -

In this camp or more than likely just monitor your weight change over a few weeks and not stress over it. If you lose too fast on average for your goals just eat a tad more.0 -

No, I'm thinking more like 1100 total for the 9 hours.
this is about what i would burn, based on around my burn of approx 2 cal per minute for standing/walking.0
