Stopping hunger after workouts on a budget?
I seem to get hungrier after working out. I'm trying to eat healthier and less than I have but how do I manage that feeling while on a budget? At the moment, shake mix is too expensive. Is there another way to help? Thanks in advance for all the advice!

Tracking workout from DDR?
I just did a good 30 or so minutes with DDR and was constantly moving during. I worked a good sweat, but I'm uncertain how I could track this into my workout. I don't have a fitbit or anything to help track my movement. Does anyone know how I would put this into my log as accurate as I could (if I should even log it)?
