Question about how to record exercises?

I started a new exercise routine and these are some of the things I have in my routine. I'm just uncertain how to record it. Sorry if some of the names are not correct but any help would be greatly appreciated!
-50 Jumping jacks
-10 Crunches
-15 Roll up sit-ups
-20 Sit ups
-20 Chest presses (w/ 2-5lb dumbbells)
-20 Push ups
-10 Kickbacks (ea leg)
-10 Squats (w/ weights)
-10 Lunges (w/ weights)
-15 second plank
-10 Bicycle Crunches
-10 Crunch twists
-10 Reverse crunches
-10 Vertical leg crunches
-30 Sec stomach bend hold
-15 Knee rises with twist
-10 curls (ea arm w/ weights)
-15 Dead lifts (w/ weights)
-20 Elbow squeezes (w/ weights)
-20 Chest flyes (w/ weights)
-15 Side leg lifts (ea leg)
