I've been here before but hopefully I'll be more serious this time.
I'm 26 and I need to get in shape. I have a bit of tummy flap with the sad stretch marks. I used to lift stuff for my work and now I've stopped so I need to strengthen those back up. I used to run cross country and 5ks but again, I've slack away from those so my thighs that once were built up are now just eww.
And i really would like to have more energy!!
