Tracking workout from DDR?

I just did a good 30 or so minutes with DDR and was constantly moving during. I worked a good sweat, but I'm uncertain how I could track this into my workout. I don't have a fitbit or anything to help track my movement.
Does anyone know how I would put this into my log as accurate as I could (if I should even log it)?
