Stacker 2 and 3???
I sometimes use the caffeine pill Stacker 2. I feel it gives me a rush and makes me more alert. Should I be concerned as to how much caffeine and other stuff are in stacker 2?? I mean compared to alcohol or energy drinks or drugs I don't think they really are as powerful. Furthermore, has anyone used Alli? Can that damage…

Point of Walking

Pre work out supplements and tolerance
For a while now Ive been taking pre work out supplements every morning. I usually just take them as an alternative to coffee. I know there is a lot of caffeine in them. I take a couple of scoops of that a day. Could someone be addicted to this stuff? I usually don't feel much because of the tolerance.

If I added 4 points out of bonus and I added another 12 points because of the running and physical exercise I do.. I get to 53 points total. There is a cap here they say it is to much over 71. What does…

I have a question here. Usually I don't consume a lot of food, but I do consume a lot of carbs I guess. I also usually walk on the treadmill or run for a long time. My question is why wouldn't I lose any weight if I constantly exercise and don't eat usually past 1800-2000 calories? For example runners usually carb load and…
