I am 7 mos postop next week, 75lbs gone, 44lbs til goal. 4 more lbs til I'm under 200 for the first time in 13 years! That in itself is a huge victory. 4 Months Post-op/50% of my goal!
Can't believe I'm 63lbs down at 4 months with 57 lbs left til goal. This surgery was a Godsend, and I am so blessed and excited for new adventures!

Yippee! Made the 50lb weight loss mark!

Fitbit/Pedometer Question
So I have been cleared to do treadmill at gym and in two more weeks I will be 6 wks post op and then should be cleared to do weights as well as cardio. My question for those of you that wear Fitbit or Jawbone or any activity tracker.....do you remove the device while you're exercising? Because wouldn't you essentially get…

Cooling Towel
i just bought this Xtreme cooling towel from Groupon and it's fantastic to bring to gym. You wet it under faucet, wrIng it out, and it stays cool for hours. 20 degrees cooler actually. Cooling Towel
I ordered this cooling towel from Groupon to bring to the gym. It's awesome you wet it, wrong it out and it stays 20 degrees cooler for hours as well as absorb any perspiration when you use it.
