My job requires a lot of movement no sitting always stand and moving non stop for about 5 or more hours. So would it be okay to count my job as burning calories? I still walk/jogg and stretch every day.
Every time I run or walk it feels as if someone has taken a hot blade and stabbing me from my knee down with it. I've always had knee problems but I still went hard with my sports. But I can't do that anymore. Just stepping over a baby gate has proven to be difficult for me. Anyone have and advice?
