does anyone know any good articles that show how strength training and hypertrophy may overlap each other in there ideals?. for example if i train hypertrophy I cant go heavy and light and therefore would i not lose strength overtime?

nagging injury
Hey everyone. I have had a nagging back injury for about half a year. I got it from doing shoulder presses. It doesn't prevent me from doing any workouts , its just more annoying then anything. feels like a knife in my upper back. has anyone else got any nagging injuries, or does this sound serious in anyones opinion?
