Hey everyone. I have had a nagging back injury for about half a year. I got it from doing shoulder presses. It doesn't prevent me from doing any workouts , its just more annoying then anything. feels like a knife in my upper back. has anyone else got any nagging injuries, or does this sound serious in anyones opinion?

    Things I don't mess with:
    back injuries
    knee injuries

    Go to an orthopaedic dr

This, especially if it has been consistent for that long of a time frame.

ortho. I started with a knee injury last May and waited until August to go in... Surgery in November and still recovering!

Yes I have to manage elbow tendinitis which flared up every time I lift heavy.

I'd also go see a sports therapist to look at your back
  • You need a professional to do an assessment and by professional I do not mean a chiropractor either. Try a orthopedic specialist as recommended or a physical therapist at the very least. I did for my shoulder injury that I am continuing to rehab.
