I have started using an Apple Watch synced to mfp to count my steps each day. When I go for a walk I don't add this as exercise. Mfp shows a calorie adjustment but this seems low i.e. 10,000 Steps walked and the adjustment is showing as 79 calories. Could someone explain how this works please and whether I should be adding…
I have started going to the gym 3 times a week and trying to walk further on other days to speed up weight loss. I am finding I am feeling hungry now. Can you use the extra calories earnt from exercise or is it best not to? Thank you
Would welcome advice on how to use myfitnesspal successfully to achieve weight loss. Also regarding sticking to macros and nutrient limits as I have struggled to hit protein goals in the past. Determined to loose weight for a special birthday so hints and tips would be really appreciated. Thank you
