So, can you really eat things such as, donuts lol... in moderation as long as it fits into your daily calorie goal?? Kick starting!

Hungry all the time all of a sudden?
So for the past month now, I've been strong at it, watching what I eat, logging everything, getting my daily water intake, hitting the gym 3-4 times a week. Was never hungry, I was always satisfied, all of a sudden this week, i'm like a bottomless pit, and all I want to do is eat! I'm still making healthy choices of course…

Fluctuations
SO, I was down to 168 Friday and back up to 172 Monday!! Which totally discouraged me, is this normal, to fluctuate that much?? I wasn't really counting calories over the weekend but i'm sure I didn't go over my BMR. :(

Flat Stomach?
Suggestions on obtaining a flat stomach exercises and actually seeing results. I know cardio is key which i do, and crunches yes, but is there something more intense to lose the jiggle relatively quickly?
