I am at a deficit i'm usually barely over 1000 calories a day a good 6 days a week, i go to the gym and burn 300-500 calroie 3-4 times a week , i lost 7 lbs since Feb. 5th.... but now im hovering there... i'm 5'7.5 and 170 ish at the moment.

lol twice a day sometimes, I know I shouldn't but I fluctuate anywhere between 2-5 lbs sometimes and I like to see that i'm not actually staying at the higher weight on the regular. its not time of the month, it's the opposite lol so that's not it, maybe it's not enough protein but I think yesterday I was even over my daily protein goal. I drinka lot of water also so that's not it. Going to try different things, thansk for all the feed back!

well, fast food is never the best. Fruits, veg, protien, whole grains are ideal. There are so many fun and delicious recipes if you do the research. I'm just starting off on my journey as well but i've done loads of research on what i should be doing to reach my goal. Check your BMR, there is a calculator for it on here…

i've put tomamtoe, smoked turkey breast, avocado, and spinach into a grilled cheese on whole wheat and grilled it. So good! Chicken salad but instead of mixing it up with Mayo, use avocado and a bit of salt and pepper, whole cranberry sauce and spinach on a whole wheat baguette, so good

I keep sneaking the hello dolly bars i made this weekend (specifically for myself because my 5 year old doesn't like them and i danm well knew this) every night after supper, i take a bite and wlak away but, the bar is finished by the time the night is threw LOL

fresh ginger, garlic, toasted sesame oil, fresh squeezed orange, orange zest, honey, parseley, (salt n pepper to taste or chilli flakes) Sorry i very seldomly use measurments unless i'm baking, I eye ball everything, my mothers a professional cook, so i've learned how to use judgment over measurments!

well from your pic you look like you're already there!! But toned and strong i recommend deadlifts! but do your research on how to do them properly!

Make sure you get your 8, 8 ounces of water a day it helps alot with the hunger pangs, i'm alittle under 1200 calories because of the healthy choices i eat in bulk and i'm never hungry, and my BMR is about 1500 for my weight height and age.
