Kick starting!

So, It was a month yesterday that I started my new and improved fitness life style, gym, clean eating, calorie counting etc... I lost about 7 lbs since February 5th. Which is great, it was very encouraging, but I did that in the fist 3 weeks, and now I feel like i'm hovering at that weight, or maybe i'm just crazy and expecting it to magically melt away. i'm currently 169, 5'7.5, so i'm not completely over weight, and don't have much to lose. Does this make it hard for it to come off when it's not a drastic quantity? and what can I do to kick start my weight loss again so I start seeing those numbers change on the scale!
