Posting picture comments?

I'm unable to figure out how to add a picture in the comments, it's not workign with the attachment options, i'm on a computer not a phone. any ideas?? Thanks!

    If you have the URL of the image you just [ IMG] url of image [ /IMG] but make sure the IMG is lowercase and remove the spaces
