I started this discussion for MFP searchers looking for a Total Gym Group. It is difficult to find groups on MFP but we are able to search discussions. So I hope this discussion title helps. The group is called Total Gym Users.
I have not yet leveled up but I am looking forward to it. I am on incline 2 for most of my workout and then I switch to 1 for chest (and just don't readjust after). It works. :smile:
This is a new group and I hope to keep it fresh and motivated. Finding groups on MFP is really hard so I suggest that if you do join this group please spread the word to anyone you know that has a total gym.
