Recovered/ing from an eating disorder?
I hesitate to post this, because I know this is a sensitive subject, but I'm looking for support in recovering from disordered thinking about eating. I'm a newbie here, and don't understand how to know how many calories to eat...MFP tells me to eat 1200 calories a day, but isn't that pretty low? Isn't normal much higher than that? I'm 5'11"... Thanks for your responses!
