Trialling this product and using Keto Diet along side. So far - yes the product raises ketones and keeps them raised for about 5 hours. I am only on day 3. It is supposed make you feel pretty pretty good and decreases hunger, increases fat burning. Have you tried this? I would love to hear your stories.
