Does anyone HAVE to record their food?
I notice recording food makes me more in control. I generally go on a rampage if I don't keep myself accountable keeping a diary. Anyone with similar experiences?

Any body part workout off limits for you?
Just curious. I never work out my biceps. They're extremely sensitive to muscle mass. I concentrate on each muscle group at a time, but usually work them out by default. Does anyone else have somewhere they refuse to workout? Like super receptive calves or something:)

Zero calorie/Keto friendly sweetener?
Any zero calorie to Keto friendly sweeteners anyone can recommend? I'm ok with stevia products because I know it's better for you. I love the taste of Splenda, but not what's in it (dextrose, maltodextrin). I just tried Pyure and it's way too sweet :(

I'm an avid weight loser. Help...
I have no problem getting to my goal, whether takes a few months or or almost a year . I honestly, don't know how to maintain. If I'm not losing, I'm gaining. I think I tire myself out being so strict with my diet and an avid gym goer, I don't know what to do when I get there. I need a healthy balance.

Higher calories (Keto) vs. higher carb to get through the day?
I have been on the Keto diet for 3 months now. I had Refeeds, higher carb intake/calories at maintenance/very low fat, once a week. Merely, for sanity and so my metabolism would not slow.
