Also, it's been 2 yrs since I started recording. I thought I was ready to not keep a diary a few weeks ago. Operative word: THOUGHT. I've learned to understand different foods, listen to my body and what works for me, but I still fail. Does it ever end?

They sell them at my Publix (grocery store). Mini moo creamers 10 cals a creamer (tbsp).

I split up my high carb days to Tuesdays and Saturdays. It keeps my body guessing. Putting 2 high carbs days together doesn't make much sense to me, you'll spend the whole week trying to work off your weekend and it's difficult to get back into your Keto diet (not the actual Ketosis) without making yourself suffer (for me).

It's small and definitely not a fancy gym, but what I love most is that I know where everything is. I can take care of business and get out in a reasonable amount of time
-
I love everything mentioned (especially sweet/salty. Chocolate on bacon yes plz), except orange & chocolate. and I hate grapefruit juice
-
I ALWAYS do abs. Next stop 8 pack

Damn MFP

Lol @JustinAnimal is better, but they're are all pretty funny. My name is Valerie Skeete and that's the FIRST time I've heard that (Skeet Skeet MF...) oddly

So, those that don't do ANY isolation work don't do bicep curls, tricep extensions, leg curls, leg extensions etc?
-
Boo. I put a list of bicep exercises
-
Oh, @ASKyle ^
-
I asked first, but okayyyy
-
Again @ASKyle Shoulder workouts plz
-
I second that. @ikpducky Poke your butt out, make sure you don't round your back, bend your knees slightly and focus on your hammies. The straighter your legs are, the more you risk hurting your back. Believe me, I learned the hard way. Shoulders are my FAVORITE:) Gimmie some @belfle @JustinAnimal Your name is awesome

I have done more embarrassing things at the gym than I could possibly name. Here's what you do, you use a specific equipment properly and then use it in an extremely innovative way (improperly to most, but ingenious to others). Look at YouTube/Instagram videos for ideas. For example: on the Smith Machine (since u mentioned…

Yup. Don't even try to talk to me while I'm working out. It's like my "wake up drug/serious business". Well, coffee after too, but that's another story.

Yes! One "bad" meal does not make you fat, just like one "good" meal does not make you healthy. I do agree that most people don't know how weightloss works, as well as what to do to attain a specific goal ( ex: acquire a 6 pack). It takes trial and error and a ton of persistence/perseverance. If someone told me it would…

Figuring out your maintenance calories sux. It took me a long time to get there. I know it's not what you want to hear, but trial and error is the only way to go. Add 50-100 cals and revisit it monthly. It's also important to keep in mind the type of calories you're consuming and not just the amount. Good luck!

Boobs! First place to lose, coincidentally the first place to gain. 5'9" 140lbs
-
I generally always have my cheat meal at the end of the day to avoid spiraling into bad food choices throughout the day.
-
What has worked for me now that I'm maintaining is longer duration. What is longer for me is more than likely short for you. When losing, short sprints (5 min x4) and now I maintain an average speed (4.5 mph) for about 25 minutes. High energy when losing vs. more relaxed when maintaining, for me. I'm curious to see what…

Seltzer water. The bubbles fill me up and if I want flavor I put lemon and lime juice in it (Sprite :)

Oh Ps. When I was plateauing I started incorporating Refeeds once a week. Google it. It did the trick for me. It's really fun :) and it was a nice break from my normal diet. < That, and I also started running a lot and went Keto. Good luck!

I am the same way. It's hard to not be an avid weight loser (whether successful or not). I'm at a point where "trying" to lose more weight will leave me unhappy, dreading the gym and super irritable. It's always that stubborn last 5 or 10 lbs that just won't budge. I have a Fitbit and I burn about 2200/day. I eat 1800. I…

Keto-er + health freak + document EVERYTHING + super rare drinker = hot toddy :)

I tend to over do it and don't doubt I was sick because of just that.

Ok, I understand how foods are added to the public database, and how they appear if verified (green check) but I wonder if an establishment (moderately well known restaurant/coffee shop) doesn't have any foods on MFP; how do I go about that? I don't make the food, don't know their ingredients and more than likely they…

Never mind. Found it!

Let me know how the xylitol is one you try it. I hope it's a lot like Splenda. I have sugar in the raw powdered Stevia, but it has a strange aftertaste.
