Pilates and building muscle~
I am 5 foot 6 inches 110lbs and 20.5% body fat. I want to have a toned body with muscle as well. I was curious to know if anyone has cross trained with Pilates twice a week and strength training 2-3 times out of the week. Or if it is recommended. Really any advice or tips would be awesome. Thx :)

working out towards my shredded body. Confused on if I should be eating light and healthy to cut down my body fat? Or be eating more to gain muscle?

Cannot eat enough to gain! Help!
Ok I am strength training. I need to eat over 2,000 calories a day at the least. I am prescribed adderal so I really don't want to eat anything in the first place. Female Fitness Model Prospect
I am female, 110 lbs, skinny fat. In the past my largest weight was 128 but I definitely felt HUGE. I had muscle but I was also fat! I need somewhere to start.
