Has anyone heard of the "if it fits your Marcos" program? Opinions? Also heard of worry about calories more than protein or carbs.
I am 5 foot 6 inches 110lbs and 20.5% body fat. I want to have a toned body with muscle as well. I was curious to know if anyone has cross trained with Pilates twice a week and strength training 2-3 times out of the week. Or if it is recommended. Really any advice or tips would be awesome. Thx :)
