Sugar and weight loss
Is it okay to go above the sugar if it's still within my calories intake per a day ? For example: If my sugar goal is 80 and my calories are 1600 and I took 120 at the end of the day but still my calories are 1400 I haven't finished them yet . 90 % of my sugar intake is from fruits!
