Hi
Sometimes I use evaporated milk with my tea and sweet & low
I use only two tps per cub around 35 gm .
It’s within my daily macros. ( its low in calories as I see on the label! 160 gm = 350 calories)
Some ppl say it will effect my weight loss process.
What do you think?
Sometimes I eat more sugar/fat than what is measured in the program but it’s still within my daily calories. Will it effect my weight loss?

No more than any other food with the same number of calories.1

The only thing that matters for weight loss is having a calorie deficit3

Count it, enjoy it, stay within appropriate calorie goal, lose weight . . . just like any other food choice.
Calorie balance determines weight loss. (But nutrition is important for health, too, of course.)2 -
Based on the parameters you provided, can you provide a reasonable argument as to why it would affect your weight loss?
I can't.2
