Activity level help
4'9 at 100 pounds wanting to get to 90. I have my goal set to 1 pound a week. Not sure if I should put moderately or lightly active though. What are your thoughts on it? ... And for those who don't know what this is, it's fasting for 16 hours and eating for only 8 hours of…

I'm 4'9 currently at 104 pounds trying to get to 95 pounds, at a pace of losing 1 pound a week, is 1,000 calories enough?? Too much or too little? By the way I also go to the gym 5-6 times a week for about an hour and a half, I mostly do cardio and about half an hour to forty five minutes of weights. Any advice/ help? And…

Ideal Weight?
What would you consider thin at 4'9? I am currently 104 pounds but feel/look so much heavier. My goal weight is 95 pounds. Would you consider that thin/healthy?
