Activity level help

4'9 at 100 pounds wanting to get to 90. I have my goal set to 1 pound a week. Not sure if I should put moderately or lightly active though. I'm just a regular high schooler, but after school I go to the gym for two hours and do 1 hour and a half of cardio [intense for the most part] and 30 minutes of weight machines. So would I be lightly active or moderately? I also want to mention I had it set to lightly previously and it gave me only 990 calories to lose a pound a week which I tried my best to follow for a month, but I always felt tired/weak by around 11 at school [i get up at 6].
