What would you consider thin at 4'9? I am currently 104 pounds but feel/look so much heavier. My goal weight is 95 pounds. Would you consider that thin/healthy?

Based on BMI, you could get down as low as 85lbs and still be in the healthy range.

    No idea

because you could look slimmer with decent musculature and a higher weight than you would at a lower weight but no musculature

The NHS BMI calculator gives a guideline healthy weight range of 85 - 116 lbs based on your age and height.

Where in that range is ideal for you will depend on your bone structure, amount of muscle, etc.
  • my ideal weight would be 165

Rather than weight, try to pick ideal measurements. Someone with more muscle may weight more but look leaner than someone who doesn't have much muscle.
