Hi i just bought a fit track Dara, it says my BMR is 1479.How do i use that number to figure out how many calories i need to consume to lose weight and be in a sustainable Deficit? I'm sedentary job but get 10,000-12,000 by commuting on foot. Any advice would be appreciated

Hi All I have the Fitbit One - i have walked 10682 steps today and my fitness pal has given me 824 calories for these steps!This seems like alot of calories?Should I eat them back?Thanks

Fit bit and MFP
Hi Im new to using my Fit bit linked to MFP account.MFP states due to the amount of steps Ive done its added another 997 calories through exercise but according to Fit Bit 1300 calories means im in the zone - so if i eat 997 more calories then Fit Bit will tell me im over budget!Is anyone able to help me?Should I eat the…
