Hi All, im starting fresh on MFP again. What does a day on 1400 calories look like pls? I mean what kinda foods do u hve for breakfast etc? I start extrememly early so need something i can take or have at my desk at work. Thanks x

My Protein - Help pls!
Hi guys, ive heard alot about this 'My protein' and was wondering if anyone could explain what it is (all i know is its a protein powder) but when to use it, i.e can you only use it if you workout at the gym and train alot? Macros - Confused pls help
Hi Guys, im still getting around MFP but just need someone to explain a few things pls; 1. Do you set your own macros if so how do you know what to set them at? 2 . I have a Mii band which google fit syncs to MFP, do you eat back the exercise cals or not? Can i leave them if i dont want to use them? Thank u xx

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has used chia seeds in their meals as an aid to weightloss? Ive read a few sites which states its good to keep sugar levels at bay and makes you feel fuller for longer without the bad fats and carbs. Anyone had luck? How have you used the chia seeds?

Help with conversions for foods
Hi all! I am new to this and im struggling to understand how to measure the amounts of foods. Most foods when i log come up with either cups or grams by default but what if you had less or more is there any way to change the default settings? Ive clicked on the list and nothing else there.
