Hi all! I am new to this and im struggling to understand how to measure the amounts of foods. Most foods when i log come up with either cups or grams by default but what if you had less or more is there any way to change the default settings? Ive clicked on the list and nothing else there.
Many thanks!

what are you trying to convert it too?0

Most foods have a 100g listing. If you had say, 150g, then you would log it as 1.5 servings of 100g. If you only have 75g, then you log it as 0.75 servings.

^^ This. Also a lot of the things that have a 100g option, also have a 1g option, choose that and change to the number of grams you need.0
