I’m not gonna bore you with the back story but I’m ready to attack fitness as a whole I could use as much support as I can get from likeminded individuals. I’m rough around the edges, train hard, love death metal and my macros are on point.

Looking to get strong(er)

Lifting belt
I'm in need of a new belt and am itching to get my hands on a lever belt. Just wanted some input before spending the cash. Also can't decide between the 10 or 13mm.

5x5 vs 5/3/1
Does anyone have experience with both of these programs? I've been doing 5/3/1 on and off for the better part of 3 years and have had excellent results from it but am thinking about switching it up for 5x5 just to get a little change in there. c25k recommendations?
I'm new to running/jogging and am thinking about trying one of the c25k apps but just wanted to see what others experiences were with them. Right now I can't even jog a quarter mile without stopping to walk and ultimately I would like to at least run a few miles before breaking down and crying.

My wife needs friends
My wife uses this app religiously and I personally just realized there was this whole community feature to it. I told her I think it would be beneficial to her to utilize this but I think she thinks otherwise. So everyone do me a favor and add Kewaldron84 and show some support.

Any powerlifters out there?
Looking for some support from people that know where I'm coming from. My idea of a perfect diet is red meat and my favorite exercise is naturally the deadlift.

New to this feature
A little support goes a long way. My wife is my biggest supporter and MFP is my second. Looking to shed some inches before training for my next meet. I'm currently doing 5/3/1 along with Jim Wendler's 100 rep challenge and all I can say is that man is sadistic.
