Anyone else out there not looking at the scale and just trying to train harder each day? I've met some amazing people on here with a variety of backgrounds and would like to meet some more. If you're dedicated and slightly deranged I think we should be friends.

I have lifting stats that I want to increase through my weight loss. Weight loss is my top priority over lifting stats.0
