Looking for some support from people that know where I'm coming from. My idea of a perfect diet is red meat and my favorite exercise is naturally the deadlift.

I love the red-meat thing, but deadlift is my bane. Based on my bench & squat numbers, I should be pulling nearly 600, but am stuck at 405. (I know, what a complaint to have, lol.)0

I'm not quite sure where my numbers are right now. I hit 525 at a meet last year and haven't pushed myself past that since. Bench will be my least favorite until I break 4000
