Day 6 ... It was all going so well
I've had 5 solid days of high protein, low fat, adequate exercise and high motivation. Today was a bad day, however I'm not upset or worried. Im desperate to be slim but obviously not desperate enough as I can never drag myself off the sofa to do exercise. I need some motivation!

Day 4 complete!
The trick is to record EVERYTHING. You're only lying to yourself when you miss off that bit of chocolate/small glass of vino/extra few sugars in your tea. Be honest. The worst thing that can happen is you recognise where you're going wrong! Looking forward to how I cope this weekend :)

Ive got to that point where Something. Has. To. Be. Done! So here goes - Day 1. - Aimee
