Nothing has been sounding good?
I used to be super into this entire way of eating, its getting hard, and cheese the thing I used to love just doesnt sound good anymore? Maybe i need to change it up? Im not sure but its hard to stay on track, although nothing else off track sounds great either. Basically eating because I have to now lol

I was eating too little?
Recently I started implementing workouts into my day to get in more activity.. I raised my calories and expected myself to start gaining weight but instead of that I am losing (before I was flat lining at a lesser calorie intake) So either the exercise is helping or I was eating too little?

I was waiting to get on the scale till Monday but i was curious and hopped on. Is it normal to not see any loss the first week on a deficit???

I honestly cant find anything one this and want to know what you all think? I have tested this for the past week and so far I have weighed MUCH less at night before bed then when i wake up

Im scared to make the change
I want to work out and lose weight, i read a deficit can cause muscle loss? Which is not at all what I want. If I raise to 1500 or 1800 calories, is that enough to workout AND gain muscle??? Do I have to eat burned calories back? I really dont want to end up even more overweight... which is why im afraid Height- 5ft 1…

I need opinions/help
Im still a newbie to this all even though its been a month. 1. is 1300 a deficit? 2. Can I tighten my core on a deficit and will walking help? 3. If not, how many calories do I need to minimum eat to be able to gain/strengthen muscle Thanks for any help, because google has not been helpful at all...

I think I solved the issue, thanks :)
I know muscle ways more than fat. So if I'm keeping to my calories goal but also doing strength training to build muscle for the real workouts... is my weight staying mostly in then same two pounds normal then?
