it seems like everytime I actually get somewhere i sabotage myself. I ate so much candy and bad carby foods over the last week and gained my lost stalled weight back. Round 2 I guess lol

Im on low carb diet and work at a Tim Hortons. My absolute favorite thing is pumpkin spice anything... Well they made a bunch of pumpkin timbits and I ate like probably 20 of them and half a cinnamon roll... Feeling ashamed but cant take it back now lol. Carb for the day= dont even want to know

I say maintain or try at 1500 make up the calories with whatever you feel fit and then go onto your plan in february with serious weight training at 2000 calories. as you work your body you will burn off the fat. I am trying to keep myself to only weighing on Mondays now, but its just something I have noticed. Thank you all for reassuring me. I have never experienced weight loss throughout the day and gain when I wake up. IT just confused me?

I dont know, if nothing is coming up about weighing less at night I just think something is wrong with my body.. Although, probably me being paranoid. I am a hypochondriac.

If your doing low carb and high fat, it is not recommended for weight loss. Maybe if your trying to maintain or gain... Most of the fat you need your body takes from you if you dont consume it, at least, until you dont have anymore fat to burn

I measure my food and weigh it, so no, overeating is not what is making me gain weight when I reach over the 1200-1300 calorie mark. I think my metabolism is out of whack. Another thing I should mention. I notice I do eat ALLOT of carbs, I try not to but my family uses foodstamps to get by, so usually things like potatoes, bread, ect are cheaper and are often given allot by food help places.
