    I LNS every night, which is bad bad bad. I'll try to read all'y'all's comments here when I find myself getting up to go get a snack.

    So far so good! I've noticed staying properly hydrated helps, sometimes people confuse thirst for hunger. A cold glass of water or iced/hot tea keeps you well watered and puts something in the belly!
