I'm going to stop eating by 8:00pm, sooner if I don't workout that night. (Because after I lift I usually have a protein smoothie) If I do have the extra calories and I'm desperately hungry I will have something small to tide me over until the morning, pickles (also helps in recovery) or cottage cheese.0
