    January goals
    • Finish eating at 9pm 5/7 nights per week.
    • Finish eating at 10pm 2/7 nights per week of my choice. I only used this extension twice this month!
    • Take it one day at a time.

    Welcome to the many newcomers. I'm so glad you've joined in. I know I was really relieved (I guess that is the right term) when I realized I wasn't alone on this. I thought my "weak character" made me struggle with something "normal people" didn't stumble over. I don't know how many consistent challenge posters :grey_question: we have now, but clearly I am not ...you are not alone! You've taken a huge step. I hope our little tribe is as helpful to you as it has been to me.
