    There's no way I can eat just 1 cup, either. I try to plan for it so I can eat the whole bowl of it ...lol!

    You're doing great! As you can probably tell, I don't post every day, either. I'm trying to get better at it, but sometimes I'm just too tired to do it at night.

    I guess I could also post my 'failures'... and that might give me more focus.......I just noticed the posts that show...Day.. ME ...LNS and Streak ... So I will be good and post every day... if I win or lose..!
    Sometimes, especially a few months ago, I would eat bad for a week and not post and then start over in the middle of the month. I ended up feeling guilty about it and decided to start recording and being more accountable. No I have to hold myself to it if I ever start failing at the late-night snacking again.

    I had a scheduled strawberry jello snack to take with an antibiotic and pain pill. I had alot of dental work (nasal lift, extractions and bone grafts) yesterday. I'm on a antibiotic the next 10 days. 10pm will be a time to take one. I have to eat something with it. ☺

    Wow...sorry to hear of all the dental work you've been having...ugh! If it were me, I wouldn't count the food you take with your antibiotics as a LNS, but that's just me. I hope you heal fast soon!!
