Once I start with popcorn I can't stop! How anyone can eat just a cup is beyond me. It's an excellent scrub-brush for the system, though, so your bod should feel nice & cleaned out today LOL

As of Jan 1, 2016 I vowed to only eat between 8 am and 8 pm. In my mind this works for me. Hope it helps others.0
