    I will definitely need to do better, so my goal will be no snacks (food or beverage) after dinner that put me over my calorie goal for the day.

    Adults devise a plan and follow it. Children do what feels good. Maturity is the ability to delay pleasure. (Dave Ramsey & others) … Am I adulting or impulsing today? Great goals aren't achieved on an impulse or a whim! :mrgreen:

    Tonight, hubby want to order pizza and asked if I wanted some, I told him, I was going to have chicken! I told him the rest he could use for lunches but he decided not to, :neutral:. I'm really determine to get to my goal weight by March!!!!

    LNS get me all the time, especially cereal and milk or yogurt. Once dinner is done, I am going to brush my teeth (i'm getting braces so it will be very important anyway) and stay out of the kitchen and fridge!
