    January goals
    1. To stay under 600 calories after 5:00 pm. (I am good about staying under 500 calories for breakfast and for lunch, but after work I throw calorie counting out the window and all my hard work is for nothing)
    2. To cut out bread and potato chips for the month (my husband is rocking weight loss and has chosen to cut out bread until March. I am going along in order to help him with his goal. I am throwing in chips to the goal because I can never have just one.)

    I am in. NO late night snacking. I am five pounds up from 1/2016. In to win birthday in February, not getting any younger. THin is good in your forties.

    Stopped anti biotics due to severe stomach pain, so was able to stick with my commitments and not snack after 8pm
