    January goals
    1. Consistency - diet / fitness
    2. No snacking after 8 - 5/7 days
    3. Protein drink AFTER morning exercise - 5/7 days

    I've decided to teach myself to knit at night to keep the thought of getting a snack off my mind. This last week NOOOOO NLS for me, :):)

    Good idea they always say worst time to eat. Just have to decide on my time as unfortunately usually cook late so that will have to change

    Was having trouble falling asleep, last night, so ate eight saltines to bring on sleepiness. It worked and I slept well. It was a well-placed LNS and did not cost me too many calories or a junk food binge. So, for me, that is a "win".

    Started this challenge a bit late (on Jan 4th) but am optimistic that it'll be a good month for me. Late night snacking is my absolute downfall...

    What a great group, I'm prone to the endless snacking while parked in front of netflix on restless nights. Hopefully this will kick me back in to self discipline!

    For now the goal is to

    -Not eat past 8:30 5/7 days of week.
