    I really like the idea of this challenge, I need some kind of motivation to stop snacking after 7pm. Count me in!

    • Finish eating at 10pm 2/7 nights per week of my choice.

    I've lost track of the days, but I know I've at least gone every night this year. I usually stop eating after 9:30pm. :smile:
